Led by founder, a RIBA/CKA/SKA registered Architect based in Prague, the studio combines international experience with a strong understanding of local market conditions. With over three decades of experience, we support developers and investors from early-stage strategy through to delivery, ensuring projects are both commercially robust and contextually responsive.

 

Our approach is pragmatic and collaborative, focused on unlocking value in complex developments, regeneration projects, and urban environments.

 

In parallel, we provide BIM support services using Revit, Archicad, and AutoCAD for UK and European practices, particularly during RIBA Stages 3 and 4, as well as point cloud modelling and broader project delivery support.

 

We operate as an integrated extension of our clients’ teams rather than a detached outsourcing service, enabling closer collaboration, clearer communication, and flexible access to skilled resources without the need to scale in-house teams.
